How will you contribute?

• Implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure that we attract the best talent to help us deliver our Software Engineering projects
• Proactively source and connect with talent through social and conventional means
• Introduce creative sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process
• Draft, publish and manage job ads
• Advise and report on market insights and trends
• Organise careers events with local universities
• Track, manage and report on all recruitment activity
• Screening candidates and booking interviews.
• Coordinating reference, background, and security clearance checks.
• Referral Program coordination and promotion

Skills you will bring:

• 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven in-house or agency experience in a recruitment role
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for highly technical roles
• Passive candidate search and engagement skills along with success in utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source talent
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to focus on multiple roles concurrently
• Defence sector experience will be well regarded but not essential
