Main Job Purpose:
- File and maintain remittances and equipment registrations.
- Keep track of all payments, discounts and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintain historical records
- Verify and reconcile expense reports
- Responding to all vendor inquiries, posting to G/L accounts and processing payments
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and promptly
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
While degree isn’t mandatory for this position, an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
