Main Job Purpose:

File and maintain remittances and equipment registrations.
Keep track of all payments, discounts and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintain historical records
Verify and reconcile expense reports
Responding to all vendor inquiries, posting to G/L accounts and processing payments
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Continuing to improve the payment process
Answer all incoming calls professionally and promptly

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

While degree isn’t mandatory for this position, an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
