Content & Social Media Coordinator

As our Content & Social Media Coordinator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively and professionally. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

This is an excellent chance to show off your skills by helping to develop and improve upon our existing content strategy. Work with growth marketers, video editors and copywriters to help take our social media presence to a level that represents our brand.

• Build upon and execute our social media strategy with a focus on community growth, website traffic, user acquisition, and engagement
• Oversee our content marketing strategy, including blogs, social media channels, etc.
• Work with film crews to produce captivating video content
• Be responsible for producing engaging content for organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter
• Brief creative and content teams to ensure visual content is on brand and created within deadlines.
• Create compelling captions
• Monitoring social media channels daily
• Staying up to date with trending content formats and algorithms.
• Increase the level of engagement on our social media channels
• Work cross-functionally with our growth marketer to drive traffic to our e-mail list, online events and more
