Job Opportunity
Abt Associates seeks a qualified Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Human Resources Department. The Talent Acquisition Partner will perform full life cycle recruitment responsibility for Abt’s US Health and Data Capture Groups . The role will also plan recruitment strategies to attract top talent, develop strong partnerships with candidates and hiring managers, build a bench of qualified diverse candidates, and cultivate an in depth understanding of the business line and hiring needs.

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $52,000 to $85,000 and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
