Candidate must:

• Be able to multi-task
• Have strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Computer savvy, able to use/learn in depth medical software, and complete social media posts
• Be friendly, outgoing, and a people person
• Reliability
• Available to handle calls when not in the office

The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room.

You will be the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, updating information, and whatever else may be needed.

You will assist the doctor with patient care.

You will also help manage the office and take care of business tasks, including social media posts.

Hours for work:

• Mon & Wed 2:30-8:30
• Tues & Thurs 8:30-1:30
• Sat 8:00-1:30
• All shifts can run later
• Handle / return occasional phone calls outside of work hours

Looking for a person who is authentic, resourceful, and outgoing. Willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability
