Position Overview

The Accounting Specialist supports accounting and administrative functions for the Absolute Group and the Worcester office.

Essential Functions

· Invoice customers for machinery, parts and service

· Answer overflow phone calls and direct calls appropriately

· Generate purchase orders and place orders

· Send out promotional items to employees and customers

· Maintain state tax forms for purchasing (W9’s)

· Maintain inventory item log

· Assist in generating quotes for Absolute Robot parts and service

· Maintain QuickBase data base files as needed

· Track monthly Absolute Haitian shipments for Ohio Office Manager

Additional Responsibilities:

· Assist with filing

· Manage outgoing mail and stuff envelopes

· Assist with travel arrangements as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
