Collaborating with diverse clients, including non-profits, for-purpose organisations, NGOs, and government bodies, we’re now hiring experienced recruiters to manage portfolios in crucial areas like Mental Health, Vulnerable People, Engagement and Giving, and Corporate Services.

• Hybrid role based in Sydney or Remote WFH for those residing regionally

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships
• Research and map the market for lead sources
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies
• Utilise platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, and our internal database
• Craft compelling job advertisements and marketing materials
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews
• Collaborate within the team and contribute to activities
• Represent ABRS professionally to all stakeholders
• Uphold commitment and passion for services with a keen eye for detail

Requirements:

• A proven track record in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability in producing engaging written content
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
• Attention to detail
• Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
• Covid Vaccination mandatory

Additional Information:

• Probity checks required, including current working with children and National police checks.
