ABRS, the social venture arm of Barnardos Australia, has been at the forefront of social care recruitment for over two decades. Our growth has led us to seek experienced recruiters to join our team and manage portfolios in critical areas such as Mental Health, Vulnerable People, Engagement and Giving, and Corporate Services.

• Hybrid role based in Sydney or Remote WFH for those living regionally

This role will involve;

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Researching and mapping the market to create lead sources
• Developing candidate sourcing strategies
• Utilising platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, and our internal database for candidate sourcing
• Creating compelling job advertisements and marketing materials
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
• Actively work as part of the wider team and contribute to team activities
• Represent abrs in a professional manner to all external and internal stakeholders
• Be passionate about the services you provide with a high level of attention to detail

The requirements for this role include;

• Ideally, you will have a track record in recruitment and/or a sales driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging written content
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Attention to detail
• Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
• Covid Vaccination requirement

Additional Information

• A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
