We are working with an international charity who are looking to strengthen their growing IT team and bring on an experienced IT Support Officer. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote Level 1 and 2 IT Support to the organisations staff across NSW and ACT.

This role will involve;

• Work to identify and address root cause of the incident to stop repeat incidents from occurring
• Install, maintain, and configure network devices to documented SOE standards (laptop, desktop, mobile phone, voice services)
• Set up and decommission end user accounts, as required
• Identify and weakness in cyber security position to line manager
• ICT incident queues are maintained to low levels

The requirements for this role include;

• At least 12 months hands on Level 1 Support experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft technology; Active Directory and group policy management, Exchange Server, O365, Windows10
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience to speak with a range of internal staff and external vendors
• Being able to work autonomously
• Have a ‘think outside the box’ and positive mindset
• A tertiary qualification within IT

Additional Information

• A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
