Your Role:

As the Hotel Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality resident care at Frederic House. Leading a diverse team, you’ll oversee hospitality, environmental, and administration services. Your mission is to create an inclusive, supportive, and safe environment for our residents, where their physical, social, and emotional well-being is enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Inspire and lead the Accommodation team, ensuring the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan.
• Team Management: Oversee Administrative, Care Services, and Catering staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Exceptional Service: Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and hospitality services, collaborating seamlessly with other departments.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budget planning and financial responsibilities, ensuring accurate Resident Agreements, Trust Accounts, and Rent Ledgers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to legal and care requirements, ensuring compliance with Aged Care outcomes and accreditation standards.

Your Profile:

• Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification/s in a related discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing mental health, substance misuse, or health-related services.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate projects, and manage staff development.
• Compliance Expertise: Understanding of Quality Improvement and managing services to achieve accreditation standards.
