Our Client, is a leading national therapy services provider dedicated to helping NDIS participants achieve their goals and improve their access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team and work in the local community!

This role will involve;

• Assessing participants’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
• Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
• Guiding, collaborating with, and reflecting with allocated New Grad/Junior staff members.
• Conducting 1-on-1 supervision with direct s.
• Making a difference in the lives of your clients and fostering the development of others within the broader team.

The requirements for this role include;

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• 2 years of clinical OT experience.
• A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable motor vehicle

Additional Information

• A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
