We are looking for someone amazing to be our Staffing Manager in our Cottonwood office, this position is a pivotal part of our Care Coordination Team. Job Duties:

• Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
• Directs the efforts of employment resources and social media.
• Conducts reference and background checks.
• Hires qualified caregivers to meet the staffing needs of the clients we serve.
• Schedules and conducts training courses for caregivers.
• Maintains employee files and caregiver certification documents.

• Schedule caregivers based on location, experience, and availability with clients.
• Input and maintain caregiver information in a computer system.
• Answer and triage phones with professionalism, urgency, and calmness.
• Work in close collaboration with management and care coordinators to provide continuity of care and meet clients’ requests and needs.

Schedule:
Full-time, Salaried exempt position may include other administrative duties as assigned, schedule flexibility, and an on-call rotation.
Hours are typically Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm but will vary depending on need.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $42,000 / year
