This unique position supports two exciting businesses in the architectural construction market. Under the same ownership, Above View Inc, is an established manufacturer of beautiful artisan plaster ceiling tiles. TechRender is an architectural services startup on the cutting edge of digital building documentation and visualization. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key position and will participate in developing marketing strategy and executing company’s marketing programs and campaigns.

JOB DUTIES

Brand Management

• Participate in developing marketing strategy to support enterprise goals
• Maintain/evolve brand style guide to support company’s voice and mission
• Assist in preparing annual marketing budgets
• Maintain company’s CRM Salesforce database
• Content Creation
• Develop/maintain sales collateral and campaign specific content
• Work with subject matter experts in digital content creation
• Develop content for website, social media
• Assist with creation of technical collateral (e.g., product spec sheets)

Website/Social Media

• Manage company’s website; updates, creating landing pages for new content
• Create, drive and manage social media outreach

Campaigns

• Collaborate with sales teams to execute periodic campaigns to target prospects and markets

Sales Support

• Work with sales to develop compelling content for prospects and target markets
• Assist sales in lead tracking, conversion metrics and CRM

Manage Digital Assets/Library

• Manage digital content libraries
• Manage sales collateral, photography, technical product information, 2D and 3D CAD models

• Provide monthly and ad hoc ing on website, social media activity and campaign metrics
• Maintain marketing calendar and project schedules

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in B2B marketing
• Understanding of industry best practices for managing digital content and on-line marketing channels
• Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, CRM and other relevant software
• Ability to collaborate with management, team members, business partner and customers
• Ability to organize projects, manage timelines and priorities
• Possess effective writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Hands-on technical skills a plus
• Competence with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Background in coding (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
