The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the successful candidate will be trained up in Accounts Payable and processing invoices. The key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient processing in accordance with our service level agreements.

Some of the key responsibilites of the role;

• Processing invoices
• Completion of invoice approval process
• Proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Reconciliation of Vendor payments
• Weekly/Monthly payment process deadlines
• Ad hoc duties as required

You

To succeed in this role, you will have the following attributes;

• Some previous experience desirable but not essential. We will provide training and support to commence your Accounts Payable (AP) career
• Very high attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Ability to liaise with a variety of colleagues and customers
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work and contribute within a team and have fun
• Sound communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and build up knowledge through performing AP tasks
• Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
