Position: Building Management System Operator
Duties:
-Monitoring and trouble shooting HVAC maintenance system via computer.
-Interface with HVAC and plumbing technician on a regular basic to address staff HVAC concerns or issues and delegate accordingly.
-Manage facilities work requests for HVAC and plumbing problems.
Skills:
-Have general knowledge about HVAC and equipment control systems.
-Have general knowledge about basic plumbing.
-Good communication skills.
-Previous knowledge reading blueprints.
-Knowledge of Excel and Word.
-Able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
