We are looking for an energetic beauty enthusiast to fill the role of a Telephone Customer Service Representative.

The main responsibility includes keeping our store owners informed of new products and promotions!

Main Functions:

• Calling our retailers to keep them updated of new sales and promotions.
• Entering ordering into our order management system.
• Provide timely response & follow up to customers
• Review open orders & communicate with customers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Pleasant telephone communication skills
• Fluent English (French a plus)
• Good typing skills
• Basic knowledge of beauty products and brands
• Computer and Tech savvy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
