The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to develop and embed talent acquisition, employee retention and succession planning strategies and processes across Ability Options to ensure we are an ‘employer of choice’ in our sector. This role will suit someone who has worked in a talent acquisition and/or talent management role ideally with ‘at volume’ recruitment experience. Key activities will be to develop and deliver a range of talent acquisition strategies to suit our various services, to continually analyse and review outcomes and to develop our employee brand and EVP. The role will also be responsible for working on retention and succession planning strategies. You will be self-managing and able to move swiftly between competing priorities and have high level IT/office systems and good analytics skills. You will be a collaborator and comfortable working closely with HR Business Partners and managers across our organisation.
Please note as our business operates across New South Wales, occasional travel may be required.
