Who we are looking for:

We are in search of an exceptional individual to assist in our staff’s personal development and allow them to achieve new levels of success. Duties will include meeting regularly with management and staff in individual and group settings to strategize and implement individual and team development as well as hiring, interviewing, and minor HR duties. There also exists the potential for limited clinical practice with the company’s existing patient base.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years clinical or corporate experience.

Ability to multi task and stay extremely organized

Desire to be a team player- drama, negativity, defensiveness and closed-mindedness are not tolerated

Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with each person that walks into the office.

Hours:

Monday- 7:00a-12:30p / 2:00-6:30

Tuesday- 12:00-6:30

Wednesday- 7:00a-12:30p / 2:00-6:30

Thursday- 7:00a-12:30p / 2:00-6:30

Friday- 7:00a-12:30p
