We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to assist our Talent Acquisition team that recruits Allied Health Professionals who deliver services nationally.

Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and assist with the delivery of recruitment services including:

• Assist with candidate sourcing
• Support team members with posting & maintenance of job advertisements
• Undertake phone screening & support the team with selection, shortlisting, interview coordination, reference checking & preparation of employment related paperwork
• Assist with maintaining talent pools
• Assist the team in updating spreadsheets and providing reporting
• Ensure the delivery of a positive candidate experience
• Support the team in managing vacancies via SmartRecruiters

About you:

You will be a driven and energetic, with a commitment to providing exceptional candidate care. You will also have:

• Strong excel skills and high level of attention to detail
• A personable approach and strong communication skills
• The ability to utilise social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to assist with candidate sourcing & attraction
• NDIS experience well regarded
• Compliance and process focussed
• Strong computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite
