We are seeking a General Labourer to join our growing team. The General Labourer is responsible for completing tasks that support the production lines. The General Laborer will help troubleshoot issues and participate in the continuous improvement of production.

Do you have experience working in a manufacturing environment?

Can you perform simple, routine, and repetitive tasks involving physical labor and is required to operate equipment and hand and power tools? This may also include picking, counting and moving material.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates must have:
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Residential construction knowledge and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

Ability to operate hand and power tools

Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Strong ability to work in a solutions-oriented environment
