About the role
In 2020 we hired the first member of our inhouse executive search team and due to Abcam’s continued growth we are looking to increase our executive recruitment capability with hiring a Global Executive Researcher.
The Global Executive Researcher will report to the Global Talent Scout and will support with identifying, attracting, and hiring first class, diverse talent for Director level and above opportunities at Abcam. Executive search at Abcam sits within the Global Talent team (17 people) and our mission is to execute the majority of leadership recruitment inhouse, in turn driving quality of hire and candidate experience whilst building rich talent pipelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Researcher to join a collaborative team with an award-winning culture. We pride ourselves on developing our people (#growingwithabcam) and the Global Executive Researcher will have plenty of opportunities to make a notable impact as we continue to rapidly grow.

About you
You will be passionate about attracting first class, diverse talent. Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing with the ability to produce reports, presentations and candidate briefs. Recruitment or Executive Search experience is not essential however a genuine interest in pursing a career in this space is essential.
You will be ambitious, driven and results focused and have the desire to grow your career in Talent Acquisition or in the broader HR function.
