Your responsibilities
Ensure adequate organization of materials to be digitized. Ensure all documents remain complete and in order.
Utilize scanning equipment to process from paper format to digital.
Under guidance of engineering identify key data to be digitized to minimize scanning time and data volume.
Ensure once document is digitized it is properly destroyed and recycled.
Verify routinely the data to ensure it is being cate-gorized and stored in a manner which allows for easy searching, tracking and retrieval.
Candidate should be open to other duties which may be assigned based on skills, experience and willingness to learn.
Your background
Sound understanding of computers, scanners, and office software platforms.
Organized with an attention to detail.
Able to work alone and able to lift materials up to 40lbs.
Technical knowledge of electrical schematics, doc-uments, and data.
