Abaline Paper Products Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Bayonne, NJ Full Time

Job Description:

Abaline is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Bayonne, NJ. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering best-in-class customer support experience, managing customer queries and complaints.

You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels. (This is 100% on site position).

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Personable and attentive.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal communicator.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
