Job Summary
Responsible for providing HR support services from within the Administrative Services Center (ASC) by providing front-line customer service and support to employees, managers, and HR staff for questions or issues related to Human Resources. Ensure compliance with Institute policies and procedures in addition to required federal and local regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Create requisitions in PageUp
- Special Projects as assigned
- Screen Resumes
- Partner with Talent Services colleagues to support processes required to attract, identify, and hire top internal and external talent
- Participate in ad-hoc administrative duties related to data gathering, input, etc.
- Process employment requisitions including performing reviews and posting to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards.
- Schedule candidate interviews, as requested.
- Review candidate resumes and screen for minimum position requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED Certificate, or Vocational School Diploma.
- Up to two years of job-related experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.20 per hour
