Our client is a retail company. They are looking for a Logistics Associate to join their Queens, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Expand logistics language as an import / export specialist
- Assist with HTS code identification and management in D365
- Run and disseminate ACE s for duty drawbacks
- File AES / ITN forms concerning Caribbean shipments
- Track CPO watches and assist as the program grows
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure proper handling of all goods
- Support the team with timely watch movement for all planned events
- Review all invoices and manage intra-department approvals
- Contribute to mail merges including letter customization
- Create all records in digital folders, eliminating paper waste
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong business acumen
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
