ABA Connect Hiring for Outreach Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

To help us deliver on this mission, we are currently seeking an Outreach Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Outreach Marketing (Clinical)

● Creates relationships in the community with providers of other services
● Maintains marketing materials with inventory and creates purchase orders for new marketing materials
● Distributes marketing materials to providers in the community
● Schedules lunch visits to meet with other providers and arranges for lunch and materials to be present
● Works to get ABA Connect placed on referral lists of other providers
● Creates schedule for presence at community marketing events including conferences and fairs; coordinates full process from start to finish on attending these events, keeping budget for expenses, equipment, staffing table(s) at these events

Outreach Marketing (Human Resources)

● Uploads approved content to recruiting websites and social media platforms, such as Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
● Utilizes social media for outbound marketing for talent acquisition
● Maintains and creates new relationships with colleges and universities
● Attends job fairs at colleges and universities in region

Digital Marketing

● Assists with updating social media platforms
● Updates website as directed
● Participates in SEO and SEM efforts as directed

Additional Duties:

● Works from job site during standard business hours
● Answers all email, voicemail and new clients’ inquiries within one (1) business day
● Attends required meetings, as assigned
● Other duties and projects, as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
● Proven experience in a previous marketing role
● Previous experience in the field of ABA therapy, or similar field (preferred)
● Possesses strong communication, planning, and time management skills
● Able to work independently, when needed
● Able to use computers for extended periods of time
● Has access to reliable transportation, holds a valid driver’s license, and is able to pass a background check
