ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, homes, and community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

Your Role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Travel will be responsible for attending conferences, trade shows, job fairs and all other recruiting events. You will be an ambassador of the company representing ABA Centers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiter will be attending external recruitment events across the U.S.
• Will partner with the Marketing Department to ensure strategies are in place for events; location, booths, swag, technology, calendar of events, speakers, etc.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants and creating a pipeline of qualified candidates to share with the TA team
• You will create partnerships with organizations and groups within the Behavioral Analysis Healthcare Industry
• Recruiter is also responsible for maintaining the daily operational activities per event including tracking the ROI for each event to determine continuity
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of working at ABA Centers of America
• When not traveling, the Recruiter will have an internal requisition load and will be onsite sourcing, interviewing and filling open positions

Educational and Work-Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• Must be willing to travel across the U.S, travel up to 75%
• Minimum of 5 years of Recruiting experience is required – Healthcare Preferred
• Must have experience attending events; trade shows, conferences, job fairs
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS and Zoom
• Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening questions
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems – UKG Preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, competitive target-driven environment
• You must be able to work onsite in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale Las Olas office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
