Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop and execute strategies to source, attract, hire, and retain Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Clinical Directors for our growing ABA therapy clinics.

The successful candidate will be an ABA Centers of America ambassador, sharing the company’s unique strengths, values, and mission to help kids and others with autism. This position will to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and play a critical role in hiring quality candidates to deliver services to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage recruiting process to key performance metrics and regional assignments while serving as a trusted resource to your internal customers and colleagues
• Partner with senior business leaders to set the recruiting strategic agenda and sourcing strategy
• Develop new selection approaches and hiring processes and convert them into targeted action
• Implement appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure and improve results, impact, candidate quality and cost-effectiveness
• Provide guidance to hiring managers related to recruiting process
• Develop efficient staffing solutions around system automation
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate
• Monitor and forecast hiring trends
• Measure effectiveness of compensation programs and strategies
• Demonstrate expert level of understanding of the recruiting needs by leading and/or participating in staffing meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for sourcing resources (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), and managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
• Manage all aspects of the recruiting process for a portfolio of multi-state, multi-level positions
• Maintain open and proactive lines of candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all, regardless of the outcome of their application
• Manage vacancy through ATS, ensuring that candidate and vacancy data is always accurate and current
• Comply with all company and legislative data protection requirements by responsibly storing candidate information and assessment notes

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

• 3-5 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
• BS/BA in human resources management, business administration, or relevant field
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
