About this Position

AB Seed is seeking an administrative and organizational support position. This position will provide as-needed support to our ecosystem (community) engagement work and our project-based work. This position will support all staff, including the Project Lead, two or three Ecosystem Coordinators, and one Information Designer

Position Details
This is a part-time contract position working 35 hours/week starting May 1, 2023 and ending October 27, 2023. There is some flexibility in the exact work hours (start and end times), however, it is expected that work is done during regular business hours.
Candidates can be located anywhere in Alberta, and the position will be work from home, with some potential for office space available with ecosystem partners if required. AB Seed is an inclusive employer and will offer accessibility support for positions as needed.
The work is about half self-driven and about half attendance of zoom meetings. The work does include deadlines for tasks that will need to be met. There are occasional in-person events and meetings throughout the year (approximately once per month), and any related travel costs will be reimbursed.
