Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Commission Based)

About us:

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in industrial epoxy flooring solutions. Our projects range in value from $10,000 to $150,000 and we are looking to expand our reach in the industrial sector. We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential projects by targeting key individuals and organizations such as manufacturing facilities, maintenance managers, etc. You will use your experience and knowledge in SEO and marketing to increase our visibility and connect with these potential clients.

Your ultimate goal is to deliver quality leads to our team. For each project that we land based on your lead, you will earn a commission of 5-6%. To ensure transparency and fairness, we encourage you to employ your own lead-tracking methods so you can accurately follow the progress of your leads.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads within the industrial sector.

Utilize your SEO and marketing skills to increase our visibility among potential clients.

Maintain contact and establish relationships with potential clients to facilitate future cooperation.

Deliver potential buyer’s contact information to our sales team and track progress of your leads using your preferred methods.

Continuously track and on the progress of your leads.

Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, etc.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing or related field.

Strong knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven; able to work independently and achieve targets.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role, offering 5-6% commission on the total project value for each project that is landed from your leads.

Pay: $1,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
