Location: Peterborough, Hybrid role
This role sits within our People Services Administration team and will support administration duties across Learning & Development (L&D) and HR.
You will be responsible for the administration of all internal learning including setting up new courses, reporting and process improvements. You will also work within the HR Admin team to manage the onboarding of new employees as well as any changes during their employee life cycle.
Due to this role being highly internal customer facing and dealing with stakeholders up to a senior level, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with people across the business including new starters, senior leadership teams and external 3rd parties.
This is a busy role with requests being received by varying workstreams, so we are looking for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast paced environment with excellent prioritisation skills and a good eye for detail.
What you will be doing;
General
Work through cases in the query management system (ServiceNow) responding within SLAs to queries.
Create and maintain process notes to support all admin processes.
Data entry – end of year reporting, registration of attendees, performance data etc.
Work with HRIS to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
L&D Administration
Manage the L&D inbox, responding within SLAs to colleague queries.
Create courses, schedule classes and work with L&D Consultant to promote learning items.
Manage any cancellations, rescheduling and provision of joining instructions.
Use SAP SuccessFactors reporting to guide managers and facilitators, manipulating these reports to provide accurate and appropriate information.
Building and maintaining external supplier relationships.
Working with senior stakeholders to arrange management development courses.
Monitor course uptake in line with supplier and internal cancellation policies and keep HR informed.
Manage invoicing and cross charging of payments.
Administer psychometric tests and manage outputs.
HR Admin
Raising offer letters, contracts of employment and change letters for employees globally.
Creating and maintaining individual HR records on our HR system (SuccessFactors).
Using HR query management system (ServiceNow) to answer employee and HR queries and manage workstreams.
Assisting with the migration of employee files and documentation to the electronic document management system in ServiceNow.
Using HR ATS and Onboarding system to support applicants and manage the onboarding of new starters.
What you’ll bring:
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and office 365
Ideally previous experience of working in a HR or Learning and Development environment
Ideally experience working with an L&D platform and a case management system
Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
Ability to collate and analyse data to highlight important trends
Process driven with the ability to prioritise
Team player with a collaborative approach
Has a continuous improvement mindset
