Member of the global Talent Acquisition TeamWhat projects will the consultant be involved
with ? : Full life cycle recruitment strategy, diversity recruitment initiatives, talent pipeline development, and on-boarding experiences.
Responsibilities : Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment strategy and partnering with managers to understand the unique needs of the business while ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent.
Provide guidance, direction, and feedback to hiring managers to enhance their hiring skills.Use social media channels, networks, and talent pipelines to source candidates.
Partner with local Universities, Colleges for a robust coop experience.Ensure best in class on-boarding experiences for new members.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, including legislative compliance.Partner with the America’s team on HR projects and services to ensure consistency on the delivery model.
Identify as the talent acquisition and workforce planning expert for supported business units.Strong stakeholder management skillset;
building and maintaining relationships with all hiring managers and executives.Build and maintain talent pipelines for repetitive skillsets.
Facilitate learning workshops for hiring managers on interviewing techniques.Align closely with the global Talent Acquisition team on diversity recruitment initiatives.
Role with the group (manager, programmer, etc.) :
Talent Acquisition PartnerRequired Skills : 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting hiring managers.Technical recruitment experience is ideal.
Experienced and comfortable with high volume recruitment.Proven experience with the ability to influence and partner with all types of management and personality styles.
Experience driving and delivering on diversity and inclusive recruitment initiatives.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.Trilingual in Portuguese and Spanish would be ideal but not required.Experience using a recruitment and applicant tracking system.Proficient in MS Office.
Desired Skills :
