AAS Canada Hiring for Customer Service Agent at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Job Description:

• Operation of golf cart through terminal; including assisting passengers and personal effects on and off the surrey
• Collection, replenishment and maintenance of wheelchairs at various locations throughout the airport
• Help passengers navigate the airport; respect all members of the airport community and travelling public.
• Carry and operate a radio/scanner as required
• Fill out surrey log sheets in a comprehensive and accurate manner
• Must maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
• Must maintain uniforms dress code at all times
• Must adhere to Airport Security/GTAA/CBSA/US CBP policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of G2 license is a requirement
• Flexibility to do shifts for 24/7 operation
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Canadian citizen , permanent resident or valid work permit
• Excellent customer service skills (outgoing, engaging,empathetic, excited to help passengers navigate the airport)
• Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure(critical thinking and action oriented)
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card
• Physical ability to stand, push, pull, lift, climb stairs, bend and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to transport a large number of wheelchairs and other GTAA assets

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.28-$15.00 per hour
