Aaqua BV Hiring for Head of Income Accounting Job at Remote Full Time

Your role as Financial Leader of our Aaquanonomy will focus on driving financial monetisation of the Aaqua economy, focused on establishing a model to allow Aaqua communities to flourish and achieve financial independence

Your contribution will include:

•Responsibility for mapping the process flows for passion communities (internal groups of interested users) •Developing an LLP structure with legal and other stakeholder teams to provide a transparent “human first” world for Aaqua members & partners •Work closely with the Product and Engineering team to help track and monetise member engagement •Lead a blockchain focused working group to deliver a long-term solution for community enrichment and independence •Work with the wider finance team to ensure income is correctly recorded in the books and records of the relevant legal entities •Develop and refine income models for the different communities and work with the CFO, Data & MI teams to develop income forecasts as required •Coordinate with the MI function & wider finance team to ensure data used is robust, transparent and fit for purpose •Regularly update the COO, CFO and Founder on progress

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

• Qualified accountant, ideally with a focus on income/ revenue accounting

•Proven track record in senior stakeholder management as well as delivery of discrete projects in the past •Strong leadership capabilities •Track record of collaborating with other departments, legal, product, engineering •Good knowledge of financial forecasting and reporting •Experience in being able to build income models, where significant elements are driven by member behaviours
