Human Resources Assistant I will assist with Pre-Hire support.
Performs interview scheduling for high volume roles, executive level (Dir and above), and special hiring initiatives.
Coordinates with Talent Acquisition, Candidates, and Business Leaders to identify shared availability and negotiate for a quick and seamless interview process.
Possible cross-training opportunities to support Pre-boarding for our US new hires and internal transfers.
Seeking an individual with great communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills.
Role will require a sense of urgency, adaptability amidst changing requirements, and ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved.
Prefer an individual with a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of HR administrative or recruitment coordinating experience, interview scheduling included.
