We are looking for a fully bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing pricing, product information and resolving issues

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders
• Handle customer inquiries – including pricing
• Assist District Managers
• Daily and monthly Excel reports
• Issue RMA’s and credits as required
• Special projects as required or assigned

Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual spoken and written French and English
• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service
• Microsoft Office – advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Familiar with SAP
• Teamwork
• Initiative
• Discretion
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
