A TaxLady Network LLC Hiring for Administrative Assistant Full Time

This position is a lead position in an Accounting firm. This position works directly with the President and coordinates all the activities for the President and the firm. In addition to this role the candidate will receive training in accounting. Other duties are as follows:

Duties

• Manage data in spreadsheets and s
• Keep records and s up to date
• Help maintain the budget plan
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
• Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Communication and marketing skills to act at the contact point between internal team members and clients
• Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Budgeting, bookkeeping and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software
• Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of product and services
• Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems

Skills

• Attention to detail is necessary due to all of the s and professional communication
• Proficient with working with Microsoft Office products (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Good email etiquette, professional communication, and correspondence with clients

Experience/Education

• Minimum 2 years consecutive experience working as an Administrative Assistant
• Formal education such as Associates/Bachelor’s Degree is not required but preferred, a combination of education and experience will be considered for this position
• Minimum 3 years experience or more as a leader, director, coordinator, or manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,448.61 – $40,000.00 per year
