A Plus Care Home Care Agency looking for a team player who’s bright and able to multi-task. Where looking for someone whose able to assist with scheduling cases. Candidate must speak English/Spanish, please do not apply if you do not speak English/Spanish.

Candidate must –

• Demonstrates ability to effectively manage multi-line phones and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Staffing experience is a PLUS
• Knowledge of HHA Excnage also a PLUS
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with patients and co-workers.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and able to multitask who works well on a team.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Must have computer skills. (Microsoft Office) (HHA Exchange)
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Bilingual, Must speak English and Spanish (Only apply if you can speak Spanish and English)

Must have HHA Exchange software knowledge.
