A-List VIP Experience, LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales & Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to meet their requirements
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to meet company goals and objectives
• Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and services
• Ensure delivery of client services; on-location when applicable

Requirements:

• Verified NCAA Athlete, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in luxury sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Flexibility to work multiple days & nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must have United States Passport
