A Crivelli Buick-GMC Hiring for Finance and Insurance Manager Job at Reno, PA Full Time

Join Venango County’s premier automotive group, A. Crivelli. Since 1980, the A. Crivelli Automotive Group has been serving the needs of Venango County residents. This position will be at our Chevrolet-Subaru location.

The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership through financing programs and additional aftermarket product sales to new and used vehicle customers. The F&I Manager is required to uphold all legal and ethical standards while conducting business on behalf of the dealership.

• Maintain the Dealership’s compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Ensure that all lending documents are complete to ensure timely funding.
• Ensure that all customer information is secure and their rights to privacy are not violated.
• Work with Sales Managers to ensure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Establish a finance forecast in conjunction with the sales department’s goals to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income.
• Maintain daily operating control.
• Prepare monthly penetration reports to share with senior management.
• Confidentiality of all income generated in this department is required. Do not share any information with any employees other than the Sales Managers or Senior Management.
• Existing banking relationships must be maintained.
• Resolve all reserve disputes with our lenders.
• Resolve all funding issues.
• Submit cancellations and ensure the timely refunds for all service contract, GAP insurance and life/disability insurance cancellations.
• Maintain the inventory on car and truck plates and F&I forms.
• F&I Manager must complete all necessary training with manufactures to ensure dealership’s and Business Manager’s compliance with the corresponding manufactures certifications.
• Must maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and placards.
• Business Manager must verify all payoff quotes.
• Attend manager and sales meetings as requested.
