Regional VP of Sales (West Coast):
Our gaming client is in search of a visionary Regional Vice President of Sales (West Coast) to drive and oversee sales and expansion strategy. In this dynamic role, you will lead a team, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand and elevate the company’s presence within the casino/gaming space. This pivotal role demands a strong leader who excels in relationship-building, thrives in a consultative sales environment, shows sophistication under pressure, and possesses a keen strategic acumen.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of 6 Account Managers to drive revenue growth, resolve client issues, and seize new business opportunities.
· Establish deep, consultative relationships with key customers and prospects, leveraging your expertise to maximize value and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
· Craft strategic deal terms, fostering mutually beneficial, long-lasting partnerships with customers.
· Drive quarterly generation of new opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasts that meet and exceed performance expectations.
· Harness the power of CRM solutions to streamline sales efforts, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and optimize resource allocation.
· Represent the company at conferences and shows within your territory, staying abreast of industry trends and fostering valuable connections.
· Deliver polished presentations during sales calls, effectively articulating value propositions and leveraging marketing materials to drive conversions.
· Oversee forecast and order entry for the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and proficiency in vendor and client interactions.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
· Proven capacity to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
· Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures.
· Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
· 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and renewal selling.
· College degree preferred.
Additional Criteria:
· Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 75% of the time.
· Preferred location in Las Vegas.
· Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
· Specialized industry knowledge in lease and renewals sales.
· Proven experience in forecasting and budgeting, driving strategic decision-making.
· Highly strategic mindset, capable of navigating complex sales landscapes and driving long-term growth.
