Sales Representative for 4Ever Remodeling

Commission based residential home remodeling sales consultant wanted. Passionate, motivated sales consultants.

4Ever Remodeling is seeking a commission-based Sales Consultant to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue in the residential home remodeling industry.

4Ever Remodeling is fast growing residential design, build and remodel company. We are proud of the projects that were created for our clients. We execute the best solutions and materials possible while designing the spaces. We work with best craftsmen to bring the design visualization into life.
Responsibilities:

· Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

· Prospect and contact potential customers

· Visit with homeowners on pre-set, confirmed appointments (no cold calling!) at their homes/project-site

· Prepare estimates/proposals for customers

· Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

· Create sales material to present to customers

· Generate referrals from successful sales/satisfied customers

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

· Familiarity with CRM platforms

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong negotiation skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Warm and friendly, making our customers feel welcomed

· Professional approach with a neat and clean appearance.

Physical Demands/Environmental Work Conditions:

· Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $160,000.00 – $320,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
