The role:
As you can tell from our website we are not your average organisation, our people are at the core of our business. We are looking for someone who has good people skills and has the ability to communicate with all stakeholders of the business. Our job is to be as approachable as possible in order to let our people do the best that they do – provide good service!
This role will involve supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisors with varied administration tasks across the entire employment lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding new starters, data processing, organising events – and much more along the way.

TNP understands the need to have a flexible work/life balance and have adopted a hybrid working model week. You will be required to travel to and work from our Newbury office Tuesday-Thursday.
