The Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) is seeking a Residential Care Worker (RCW) to assist residents in group homes with their physical, emotional, social, and recreational needs. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential by upholding their rights and promoting self-determination. The RCW helps residents live successfully in community residential settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, recreational, economic, educational, and/or medical needs are met. The position enhances residents’ quality of life through daily living activities and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in problem-solving.
