2 Sisters Food Group Hiring for HR Administrator at Birmingham Full Time

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers. We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our existing HR team based in West Bromwich. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday. You will complete a 8 hour shift, between our core operating times from 11.00hrs to 22.00 hours.

Main Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

Key Skills and requirements for this role are as follows:

• Maintaining confidential information
• Intermediate level of IT skills including a thorough understanding of Microsoft application systems
• General office/administrative experience
• Good communication skills
• Have pace and urgency in utilising your organisational & time management skills – able to prioritise work & switch between task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent level of written and verbal English.
• CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
