Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, market research, and business process analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support business growth strategies.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics / Strategy / Marketing / Finance (recent graduate or final year student).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI / Tableau will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced business environment.
