Lead Soft Facilities & Safety Operations.
Take ownership of a fast-moving college environment where standards, safety, and delivery matter. This role combines hands-on operational work with team leadership, managing soft facilities, grounds, and logistics across multiple sites.
You will drive meeting and event set-ups, coordinate furniture and equipment movements, and lead a small team to deliver efficiently with minimal disruption. Day-to-day management of Fire, Health & Safety compliance—risk assessment, audits, and corrective action included – sits with you.
Expect to be visible, active, and decisive. You set the pace, enforce safe working practices, and ensure high standards across all external spaces and daily operations. You will also support major events and step in for senior leadership when required.
Requires operational experience, strong H&S discipline, team leadership capability, and a full driving licence. Physical work is part of the role.
