Hiring Fresher / Air Hostess / 12th Pass Full Time

An Air Hostess, also known as Cabin Crew or Flight Attendant, is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights while delivering high-quality customer service and representing the airline’s brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and seating

Perform pre-flight cabin and safety equipment checks

Explain and demonstrate aircraft safety procedures

Ensure passengers follow aviation safety regulations

Serve meals, beverages, and in-flight amenities

Attend to special passenger needs (children, elderly, medical cases)

Handle passenger concerns, complaints, and emergencies calmly

Provide first aid and emergency assistance when required

Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin

Coordinate with cockpit crew and fellow cabin staff

Ensure safe landing procedures and assist with disembarkation

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (any stream)

Age limit: Usually 18–27 years (varies by airline)

Minimum height & arm reach as per airline standards

Good eyesight (correctable vision accepted by most airlines)

Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages preferred)

Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
