About the Role
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Rotate across key business functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Strategy)
- Work on live projects that directly impact business outcomes learning offline marketing
- Analyse data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills through structured training
Qualifications
- Recent graduates (0–2 years experience) from any discipline
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Prior internships or project experience is a plus
