This role is for one of our clients Compensation: $80-$180 per hour We are seeking creative professionals with strong design sensibilities to contribute to a research initiative with a leading AI organization. In this role, you will apply your expertise in visual design and aesthetic judgment to evaluate product design decisions and assess quality across a variety of creative outputs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who combine design experience with a sharp eye for detail and usability.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate product designs and visual outputs based on quality, usability, and aesthetic appeal
- Provide informed decisions and feedback on design choices, layout, and overall presentation
- Apply design principles to assess visual consistency, hierarchy, and user experience
- Review a variety of assets including graphics, documents, presentations, and digital interfaces
- Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistency in evaluations
Basic Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Strong sense of visual design, layout, and presentation quality
- Ability to make thoughtful, consistent judgments on design and aesthetics
Preferred Experience
- Professional experience in roles requiring strong visual judgment and design sensibility
- Experience creating graphics, presentations, or documents for professional use
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Required Skills
- Proficiency in working with Slides, Sheets, Docs, and PDF-based workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation criteria
- Clear written communication skills for providing feedback
Engagement Details
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
- Fully remote and flexible work environment
